Slavery and human trafficking will not be tolerated in our business. We are dedicated to operating ethically and with integrity in all our commercial interactions and partnerships, as well as to creating and enforcing effective systems and controls to guara ntee that slavery does not exist in our own operations or supply chains.

Olive Mo Ltd is a recruitment agency. We offer end-to-end manpower recruitment solutions, such as Agency staffing and Bank staffs to healthcare organizations across United Kingdom. Olive Mo provide professional Nurses, Activity Coordinator's, Health Carers and Support worker.
We offer mandatory health Care training, Safety Intervention (MAPA) training, Moving and Handling of People, Mental Health Wellness program for our staffs and clients, Healthcare management.

Our contracts with our members and customers allow us to terminate for convenience unde r a broad and encompassing reputational damage contract clause that covers individuals pro ven to be in violation of the Modern Slavery Act. Although, much of the supply chain is engaged on their terms and conditions.
Current action
We implemented an antislavery policy for all employees, which was integrated into our Empl oyee Handbook. Staff received elearning training to raise their understanding of the indications and risks associated with modern slavery, as well as their capacity to recognise where such situations may be occurring.
Further steps
To prevent slavery and human trafficking, we propose to take the following additional steps:
• Risk assesses all new suppliers using the Global Slavery Index and request certification that they have taken steps to eradicate modern slavery within their own organisation and supply chain.
• Incorporate risk adjusted metrics into our due diligence processes for sourcing suppliers, subcontractors and acquisitions.
• Incorporate antislavery and human trafficking obligations into procurement agreements and subcontracting arrangements on a risk-based basis.
• notify all existing suppliers of our expectations and their obligations in relation to the prohibition of modern slavery.
• provide relevant Group workers with training to provide a highlevel grasp of the haza rds of modern slavery and human trafficking.
• Include references to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 in our policies and procedures as necessary.
